CORE4 operates as a program-driven athletic destination, bringing accountability and opportunity to every experience — on and off the court. Unlike traditional court-rental models, CORE4 is governed by defined standards, intentional programming, and clear expectations for participation and development.

CORE4 Athletic Complex was founded by Paul Millsap, a four-time NBA All-Star and 16-year NBA veteran known for leadership, consistency, and professionalism at the highest level of the game.
Across his career, Millsap earned four consecutive NBA All-Star selections and was recognized as NBA Most Improved Player, building a reputation as a dependable two-way competitor and trusted locker-room leader. His experience competing within elite development systems shaped the standards that now define CORE4.
