Our Mission
CORE4 exists to develop athletes through structured programming, competitive opportunities, and intentional leadership. Through leagues, tournaments, clinics, and seasonal programming, we establish clear pathways for growth within an environment rooted in discipline, respect, and consistency.We believe development is intentional — shaped by structure, accountability, and leadership. CORE4 FOUNDER
CORE4 Athletic Complex was founded by Paul Millsap, four-time NBA All-Star, with a vision to build an organization grounded in structure, competition, and accountability.
Having trained and competed within elite development systems, Paul was intentional about creating an organization that prioritizes preparation, discipline, and long-term growth over short-term exposure.
